Shawn Zali is the Co-Founder of Tax Resolution Plus. Shawn holds a degree in accounting and taxation. Shawn worked for the California department of tax and fees administration (CDTFA), formerly known as the Board of Equalization (BOE), for over seven years. When Shawn co-founded Tax Resolution Plus, he made a department fully focused on Sales and Tax Audit.

Raman Zoobalan is an Enrolled Agent and Co-Founder of Tax Resolution Plus. Raman joined Tax Resolution Plus in 2019. Raman handles tax relief cases and audit representation against the IRS and FTB. This involves settling tax and renegotiating audit terms. Raman has over 25 years of experience handling audits, settlements, and filing taxes for personnel and corporations.
